What we use
Tasko uses:
- Essential session tokens and authentication cookies needed to keep you signed in securely.
- Local storage for preferences (theme, city), draft job data, and app state.
- Security and fraud-prevention signals (device/app diagnostics) as described in our Privacy Policy.
What we do not do today
The public marketing site (tasko.ng) does not load third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies stay off until you opt in and we enable a privacy-safe provider. Payment card data is entered on Flutterwave-hosted checkout, which has its own cookies and privacy terms.
Your controls
On tasko.ng, use the cookie banner or Cookie settings in the site footer to accept, reject, or customise optional cookies. Your choice is stored locally on your device. You can also clear site data in your browser or uninstall the app. Blocking essential storage may prevent login or job posting. Changes
If we enable non-essential cookies (for example privacy-safe analytics), they will only run after you opt in via the consent controls on this site. We will update this page when categories change.
